The staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless at all times, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is just 10 minutes from Ubud’s lively center, and the shuttle service made getting around effortless. It’s also in a perfect location to visit Ubud’s must-see attractions, such as temples, rice terraces, waterfalls, and the Monkey Forest. The hotel’s spa is on another level—an open-air sanctuary overlooking the forest, combined with highly skilled therapists, made for an unforgettable relaxation experience. Outdoor shower area with a beautiful rock wall. We did the B.B.Q. dinner show one evening and it was entertaining. Staff helped with transport for a fee. Staff are super friendly and remember your name. The breakfast was really good. There was some sort of poo on our front porch every morning which we found hilarious and was promptly cleaned when requested. Main pool is beautiful with great service and cold coconuts. Staff simply amazing.
